Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return/Exchange is available only on selected products. Please check the product page for eligibility.
  • The return policy of any product may be updated without prior notice.

Important Updates

  • No return on COD orders, except in special cases approved by our team.
  • 5-day exchange is available on COD orders.
  • Returns are available only for prepaid orders, with a 30–35% deduction of the order value (average order value ₹1400).
  • Exchange facility is available for both prepaid and COD orders (within the allowed period).

Return Process Guidelines

  • If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  • Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.
  • An unpacking video is mandatory for all return requests.
    • Returns without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
    • Please record a video while opening the package.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be unused and unwashed (for hygiene reasons).
  • Products must have original packaging and tags intact.
  • Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Requests raised after the allowed return/exchange period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
